One of our main business objectives is to build the bridge between business and investment opportunities that are provided by fast growing CEE/CIS economies and financial muscle of Western capital markets as well as Middle-East and Asian private and sovereign capital providers.  As such we aim to help our CEE/CIS based clients to raise growth capital from abovementioned sources on attractive and sustainable terms, providing at the same time highly attractive investment opportunities for capital providers, maintaining manageable levels of business and investment risks. Through our contacts, personal or business relationships and our partners & network we have direct access to many global, regional and local investment and commercial banks, investment and fund managers, mezzanine funds and many other underwriters of straight or structured debt products. For clients that require growth capital we can: Assist and help in securing equity capital via private placements, minority or majority investments by strategic players, capital injections from private equity or venture capital firms, IPO on Warsaw Stock Exchange, AIM or any other EU based exchange. We help our clients to better understand drives of company value given current market conditions and future trends We also help to design necessary on-shore and off-shore corporate and legal structures to prepare emerging markets companies for access to the Western capital markets We can manage entire sell-side process, starting from identification of potential acquirers, through preparation of presentation materials (investment memorandum, presentations, valuation model, others) and data rooms, to assistance in negotiations and deal closing. Help to secure short-term and long-term debt financing via loans from commercial banks, bond/debentures placements, leasing, reverse leasing, factoring, mezzanine financing or any other straight or structured debt funding
